Forms cannot be accessed

    Hi Kenneth,

    I still have the same issue as last time. All the forms I created are blank, I cannot see them. Can you please help me with this?

    Hello Kay,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with your form that only displays blank. Just to confirm, are you still able to enter the form, but it just displays a blank screen or you are unable to log in to your account at all?

    I noticed you are currently contacting us through a Guest account, I found a Starter plan under your email kay@sva***sor***al.com. Could you please log in to that account now and try to access all of the active forms to see if everything works properly?
