Hi Deepak,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email address associated with your account, and it appears you have a Guest account. Our guest account is a one-time login feature, you cannot reset the password in this account. You must first create a Starter account. Don't worry, you can still use the same email address you used for your guest account. Sign up for a free account to receive 100 submissions per month.
If this is not the account you're referring to, could you please provide us with the email address of the account for which you're attempting to reset the password? You can check out the steps on How to reset password.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Deepak,
Thanks for getting back to us. If you already have an account and you would like to recover access to your account, here are the steps how:
- Open the Login page and click Forgot Password.
- Enter your username or email then click Send Reset Instructions.|
- Check your email for the password reset email.
- Click the Reset Password button provided in the email.
- Enter your new password then click the Create a New Password button.
After this, you should be able to access your account.
