I want to receive my clients form submission along with the terms of their contract. Is this possible?

Hi there,
It is possible for you to download a PDF copy of the submission together with the contract included on it.
On the MyForms, select the form and then click the "Submissions" button.
In the Submissions page, click the "gear/option" icon. After that, you need to enable the "Show Headers and Texts".
After that you can just download the submission by clicking the "Get PDF" button at the top left.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any help.
Thank you.

How can I set this in the form itself, so that all submission automatically include headers text? I want the original submission to include this.

It looks as though now that I've edited it's settings in the submission area, that it is now originally submitting the headers & text... So it sounds like a workaround.
But is it possible when creating the form originally, to set this in the form editing panel, and not need to go to the submissions panel?

You can only view submissions on your forms through the "My Forms" page.
Once you have toggled the Show Headers and Text option under Submissions, it will always be activated when you view your form unless you uncheck it.

When you add a PDF link on your email notification, and you download the submission through that link, you will still have the Headers and Text included on the PDF copy of the submission you just downloaded.
When you open the downloaded PDF file. It will show the Headers or Terms of you form.
This is, by the way, a way for you to view submissions without going to the "My Forms" page. But by just downloading the submission itself through the email notification.

Thanks Mike. You mentioned "You can only view submissions on your forms through the "My Forms" page." But in the submission email I receive I am able to see it and the pdf is attached to the email as well. Did you mean something different? -or did I understand you correctly and point out something you didn't realize?

We apologize for the confusion.
You can of course view the submissions on the email you receive for each one.I think my colleague was referring to the "Show Headers and Texts" option which can only be viewed on the submissions screen.
If you have further questions, please let us know.
