How to link original QR code to form

Hello - We're in dire need of you support. We need the current Client Intake Form on the Jotform site to be linked to attached QR code (in red), originally generated by Jotform.

We made subsequent edits to the form and weren't aware that such changes would alter the QR coding. The form itself is working perfectly, the QR coding is incorrect.

We've had hundreds of business cards printed with this coding.

Please advise/help!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I tried accessing the QR code and even the link you shared, but the QR code is not accessible. The QR coed won't be affected even if you made changes to the form, which means that once you generated a QR code, you can use that even if you update your form. If the form you're currently having now is incorrect, you can just generate a QR code again and it will be just the same QR code with the previous QR codes that you've generated.
