There are 2 big issues with the jotform integration with InfusionSoft.
1 - It doesn't support mapping of dropdown fields. So I'm unable pass these important details to my resulting contact record. I see that many other folks have complained about it but there doesn't seem to be any resolution yet.
2 - The jotform integration creates an InfusionSoft company record when a company is specified. InfusionSoft has the ability to specify company on just the contact record without creating a separate company record. Use of company records is optional inside of InfusionSoft and can cause workflow issues if your automation is built around only using contact records. It would be nice if jotform had a option to either create a company record or not. Both of these issues prohibit me from using jotform's built-in integration with InfusionSoft. I've resorted to using a 3rd party integration product that handles dropdown fields and company info correctly. If you're having these issues you may want to try Zapier (www.zapier.com). Their base subscription is $15/month but it's worth it to not have to manually update resulting contact information populated into InfusionSoft from jotform.
