Embedded form isn't displaying correctly on webpage

I'm encountering an issue with JotForm and could use some assistance. I've been using JotForm for a while now to create forms for my website, but recently I've been facing a problem that I can't seem to resolve. Whenever I embed the form on my real estate valuations website, it doesn't display correctly or functions as expected. The form fields appear misaligned, and some of the functionality, such as validation and submission, is not working properly. I've tried different embedding methods and even tested it on multiple browsers, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot it? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!

Can you please share a screenshot of the issue? It'll also help if you can share the URL of the form you're having issues embedding. Lastly, please confirm which of the embed codes you're using to display your form on your website.

The link provided above does not seem to have an embedded Jotform in it. Can you check if the same issue is happening? If yes, please provide us with the link to the form and where it is embedded.
