Hi cpdhughes,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, I can help you with adding a PDF to your form. Let's do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- In the Form Elements window that opens up, click on the Widgets tab.
- In the list, scroll down and click on PDF Embedder.
- In the Widget Settings window that opens up, under the General tab, click on Upload File.
- Upload your file and then click on Update Widget. That's it.
- Now, you'll be able to see the new PDF on your form.
As an alternative to that, you can also copy and paste the text from your Microsoft Word document into your form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- In the Form Elements window that opens up, click on the Basic tab.
- Scroll down the list and click on Paragraph to add a Paragraph field to your form.
- Now, copy and paste the text from your Microsoft Word document into the Paragraph field.
- That's it. Just click on Submit and you're done.
This guide walks you through this method and how to add the PDF using IFrame.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
