Can the next and back buttons in a spinner link to a specific URL so as the user presses next not only will the form proceed but so will the webpage?

Hi,
As far as I know, only the "Thank You" page when your submission is completed is capable of redirecting your users to another URL. The Back and Next button within your form only function to bring your users to different areas within the form, it is not currently possible to have them redirect to another web page.
Let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.

That is perfectly achievable using this trick:
On the Submit button chang the word "Submit" by "Next", you can do it by either going to the tool bar or clicking on the gear icon
Then set a Thank You page with Custom URL,
And paste the URL of your webpage.

I hope this helps.
