We created a form titled Promenade Trails Move In Notification and published it.
When I fill in fields and submit the form, not all fields that are filled appear in the email notification - why?

Hi Dee,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've cloned your form and tested it, but I am not able to replicate the issue. I can see that the email contains all 44 fields from the form in the email. Check out the screencast of my results:
Pleae give a try again and see how it goes. In case you are missing s fields, you can easily add one to the Notification Email. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the Form Settings menu that opens up on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Hover your mouse over the Notification banner and click on the Trash Can icon to delete the already existing Notification Email.
- In the next window, click on Yes, to confirm deletion of the email.
- Now that you've deleted the old Notification Email, click on Add an Email and select Notification Email.
- At the bottom of the window, click on Save to save your changes.
Check out the screenshot below with an example submission email:
