I would like to set up a Zoom Meeting with Jotform.

I have a few ideas on things that would make Jotform more helpful to our establishment, and I wanted to see if they features are available. I would like to set up a zoom call with a rep or agent to walk through this and get a bit more info on hhow this platform works and all of it's features.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we don't offer phone support or Zoom meeting. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a Forum Thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help. Let me show you how to create a Support Ticket: 

1. On your My Forms page, click on Support on the top-right side of the dark-blue navigation bar at the top of your screen.
2. In the menu that opens, click on Contact Us.
3. Enter a title for your question in the box below ‘How can we help?’
4. In the box below the title, enter some text that explains the situation.
5. Now, just click on Post Question on the bottom-right side of your screen and you're good to go.

You can also:

1. Add the link to your form or to the website that you embedded the form into by pasting that into the box under the Add a Link section.
2. Click on Choose File under the Upload a Screenshot section to upload a screenshot of the issue. 
3. Tick Make Private to prevent other users from seeing your question or answer. We recommend that you tick it if the content includes sensitive information. If not, you can leave it unticked so other Jotform users can benefit from the answer.
