Aloha,
I am receiving notification emails that are blank with no PDF attachment even though that function is enabled. I tried to clear my cache and test out the document again but am still running into the same issue. Please advise.

Hello Trisha,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and was able to replicate the issue. Although the Notification Email came with the PDF attachment, the email body is blank, too, as seen below:
I recommend deleting the current, then creating a new Notification Email; let me show you how to do that:
- Select Emails from the Settings tab of the Form Builder.
- Hover over the Notification email, then click on the Trash icon.
- Click on the Delete button on the modal.
- From there, click on the Add Email option.
- Select Notification Email.
- Go to the Recipients tab, then add back the recipient email addresses.
- Go to the Advanced tab, then enable the original PDF attachment.
- Lastly, click on the Save button at the bottom.
- This is what the Notification Email should look like afterward.
Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
