Hello,
It sounded so simple but I am having problems. When someone selects Standard Decoration Locations, I want it to go to page 3, which it does but I want it to hide page 4 (Extended Decoration Locations). At the end of the "standards" page, next should take you to page 5 the final page.
I have tried numerous ways, including adding conditions as it now sits. but nothing seems to work. What an I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance for your assistance

We are more than happy to help out. Just to ensure we are on the same page, you want your form to skip to Page 3 if Standard Decoration Locations is selected on page 2. You would also like for your form to redirect the customer to Page 5 after completing the information on page 4.
I have analyzed your form and I made the following adjustments to my cloned form.
You can test my cloned version of your form here:

You can clone my form if you wish.
First thing you need to do is create a condition that will store a value in a text box when Standard Decoration Locations is selected on page 2. For my form, JumpTo was created and a condition was set to store "JumpTo5" in the text box once the option is selected.
You will now create another text box that will store text when any option is elected on page 3. In my case I called my text box Filled. You should ensure both text boxes are placed on page 3 or this will not work.
You will now set a conditional logic statement to to redirect the user to the final page after clicking the next button on page 3.
I hope this answers you question. Feel free to contact us if further support is needed.
Cheers!
