I did some checks and I am happy to say that I found possible solutions that you can explore.
They are:
Fancy Range Slidr
Sliders with calculated result
Numeric Slider
I did a test form with the Fancy Range Slidr widget and used the Form Calculation widget to capture the value selected in the slider.

You can play around with the widgets provided above to see if you can achieve what it is that you desire. We can render some assistance if needed also. We will await your response.

Thank you for your help seems to be what I need - though how to configure for e-commerce?
As well as figuring out how to set one bar from 15 dollars, 25 dollars, and 45 dollars? - Three positions
Best,

I believe the Sliders with calculated Result would be the better option for your desired solution. I have prepared a test for that will demonstrate what you have illustrated above.
Here is my demo form:

Here is the configuration set for field in my form.
I hope that answers your question. We will await your response.

Could you provide more details about the e-commerce connection you're referring to?
We do have integrations with several e-commerce applications, you can check them here: http://apps.jotform.com/industry/e-commerceLet us know which one is the one you want to integrate with your form and how do you want to do so. This will allow us to provide proper assistance.
Thank you.

Yes, the topic is a payment slider with Sliders with calculated results how to - after customer chooses a price - to send to Paypal?
I tried this but Paypal must have changed http://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field
Thank you,

This is possible. Apparently, you cannot link the Sliders with calculated Result widget directly to the PayPal integration but you can use a Form Calculation widget field to pull the price and then link the PayPal widget to that form calculation field.
Please see the updated form below:
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50425938583968
You can hide the Form Calculation widget field if you wish:
Do let us know if further assistance is needed.
