I am opening this for Legopuffe account since their account has been disabled due to fields on the jotform that are against our terms of use and in order to help them resolve the issue quickly.

is 1 form many? I have 3 forms and only one asks for a password?
Please note that there are 4 jotforms that are breaking our terms of use:
1. Clone of Legopuffle ID Signup Form
2. Legopuffle ID Signup Form
3. Professional Development Workshop Registration Form
4. Register for an Legopuffle Store AccountThese fields are causing your account to be suspended because as mentioned in our terms of user it is not allowed to capture username and password - login credentials.
As soon as you remove those or change the fields to not say password, it would work and have your account enabled as well.
How exactly do I do that if I can't get into my forms?
