How much would it cost me to upgrade from bronze to silver?

I've submission bronze package since feb 2023. I want to upgrade from bronze to silver, but I curious about the additional prize; for example I've spent about 197$ for bronze, if I upgrade to silver I cost 234$, do I have to spend the whole number of 234$ or just only the difference of the price?

another question is about educational program. Because of Mahidol University operated with Golden jubilee medical center, Do I have the discount about this upgrade? if yes, how to do it

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When upgrading your account to a higher plan, the upgrade would be prorated. This means that any unused portion of your subscription shall form part of your payment and so you won't be paying in full for your next upgrade.

About the educational pricing discount, you can submit your application through this link, and once approved you will get a discounted rate for your subscription.
