I have a simple contact form that works on the desktop (other than the transparency). When I was reviewing the site on a tablet, the contact form does not show at all.
There is a small glitch in the transparency background on the desktop. I could not get the background to be transparent, so I just left it white. I went into the edit form prefs>form styles> and typed “transparent” in the form field, but that doesn't seem to work.Is this a double problem? The entire form is transparent ONLY on the tablet? Nad not working on the desktop?
The form feature works as far as sending to it's designated assigned email (from the desktop computer, but the tablet form obviously doesn't work because you cannot see it)
(the website is in review mode and is not on it's own URL. It is on my server still. URL provided below
Please advise

I can see it does not show up on mobile devices:
The easiest way to resolve this is by re-embedding your form using iFrame embed code:
http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
This commonly happens when the form scripts conflicts with your website scripts. However, when using iFrame almost nothing can break the form, this will prevent the form from conflicting anything on your page.
Also, it would be good if you set your mobile to be responsive, please see this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-forms-Mobile-Responsive
Please let us know if the problem persists after using iFrame, we will be glad to assist you.
Your second question about the transparency of you form will be addressed here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/516483
