How to Set fields as Required?

I would also like to have the ability to require answers and not blanks being submitted. How can I set that field?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If a lot of fields on your forms are set to Unrequired, this means that anyone filling out your form can submit it without filling out any of those form fields. To prevent all of these empty submissions, you can set them all to Required in two simple steps:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and select all of your form fields by using the CMD + A or CTRL + A shortcut.
2. In the options that you see at the top of the screen, just click on Require, and you're done.

That's it. Now, anyone filling out your form will have to fill out all of the form fields to be able to submit the form:
