How can I see data submitted from a configurable list? I test-filled a form with a configurable list and downloaded the submission as a pdf. The data is not showing. Here is the pdf submission: https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/231155927824056 The last question on the form, when answered Yes, populates the configurable list. None of the data I filled out appears in the submission.
I did notice if I go to the submissions table, click on the "View" button to expand the form, and scroll to the column with the configurable list, I can pull up the data there but the fields are editable which is not ideal. If I accidentally click the wrong thing, I could delete data. Am I missing something?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshots below to see my results:
Submission Table:
PDF Editor:
Can you try updating your PDF document by creating a new PDF document? Here's how:
- From your Form Builder, click on the Dropdown arrow, then select PDF Editor.
- Under the PDF Editor page, click on the + New PDF tab, then select New PDF Document.
On the same page, you could also download the Submission in PDF format. You might also get rid of the outdated PDF document you were working with in your PDF editor. None of your Submission Data will be deleted.
You can also make adjustments and customize your PDF by going to the PDF Designer.
If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

I'm not sure how you were able to see the data from the configurable list on the PDF editor because I tried multiple times to download the submission but it does not appear. I even updated my PDF document.
Here are the PDF editor screenshots of my submission. As you can see, there is no data from the configurable list.
Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks for getting back to us. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot of the PDF Editor screen and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Hi Julissa,
Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your screenshot and it seems like you are downloading the Original PDF of your Smart PDF form.
Please take note that the Configurable List widget cannot be mapped on the Original PDF as this feature is not yet available on Jotform. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. As a workaround, please follow Shirized, my colleague's suggestion on creating a new PDF Document so that the Configurable List widget will be included on the PDF Document that you download.
