I am trying out your product and I wanted to try out conditional formatting - but I don't see the option.

How do I get this feature to work?

    Hi Izzy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Using Jotform's Conditions feature, you can create a number of conditions, like the ones shown below:

Creating one of these Condition Types is easy. I'll walk you through it:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
    • Click on Add a New Condition and select a Condition Type.

    • In the If field, select the field that you want to trigger the condition.
    • Then, select a Field State.
    • In the Do field, select an action.
    • Now, select a field, click on Save, and you're done.
