Cancel Plan and Downgrade to Free Plan

    Hi Scarlett,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Sure, you can cancel your subscription, but it should be done on the Desktop version of Jotform, rather than the mobile app. It's easy, let's do it:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

    2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    4. There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue canceling your plan.

    Hi it doesn't work when I click billing it just sends me to a menu. I think
    there's something wrong with the page
