Can't receive email password link.

    Hi there,

    I have requested a password reset but have not yet received an email in my Inbox or Spam mailboxes. I also cannot create a new account because this email is 'already in use'. I need to login so that I can finish a referral form.

    Hi Brittney,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I checked the email address associated with this thread but it seems that it is under a guest account and it's good for one time use only. You can register your email address under free account here. If you already have an account and created a form, please provide us the link to your form so we can pull out the correct account.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    Thank you for your reply. Here is the link to the form that I was filling out:

    IFWS - Kakahu Referral (jotform.com)

    I didn't create an account when I started the form (guest) but now I cannot 1) access the form without logging in (not possible for me to login because I don't have a password) and 2) cannot register this email to create a new account (because it says that the email is already in use).

    Ideally, I would like to create an account and access the form that I was completing (if possible).

    Hi Brittney,

    Thanks for getting back to us with more information. You said you're filling out the form. Did you somehow save your progress and decided to continue but can no longer continue your draft? When you save your form did it ask you to sign up to save your progress or not? You can still use the same email address you did for your guest account and sign up for a free account.

    If you're still having trouble signing up, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.
