Hello!
I have tried to do this, but it did not work for me. I could not copy the form my colleague sent me, so I could manage it. Could you assist me? The form I'm trying to import is: http://form.jotformz.com/form/50204434073645
I've tried to do so in different browsers, but it still didn't work.
Thank you very much!

Hi,
I was able to clone that form without issue:
You can try cloning my clone of that form to see if that works. Here is the link to clone my form:
http://form.jotform.com/form/50216241260945
If that still does not work, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

I've tried this link and still didn't work... This is the message I get:
I have tried this on Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer, same message in all of them!

I was able to reproduced the issue.
I also could not clone the form when using the FREE account.
I think the issue had to do with the too long Form Title/Name of the form BUT I am not entirely sure of this since I was able to clone it on my support account
May I inquire if you are also the owner of the source form you were trying to clone?
I need to investigate more on the issue and see if there is a need to elevate the issue to our higher team support.
Thanks.

I see. Is that function not available in the free account?
No, I am not the owner of the source form. His user name is Henrique_Biominas. He has just linked me as a Sub Account of his and this seems to have solved the issue, as now I can edit the form...

That functionality is available to all users and should be working for you. Are you not able to clone any forms at all or just this one? I tried cloning the form you mentioned from several different URL's from a Free account and all of them worked.
