Can I make the automated e-mail conditional to succesful payment? I want to sent a submission ticket if the payment was succeful and I want to sent a reminder to try again if the payment wasn't succesful. Is that possible?

    Hello Roelien,

Thanks for contacting Jotform support. Sorry, but there is no option to set up conditional emails based on whether a payment is successful or not. Also, reminder emails cannot be sent based on whether a payment is incomplete or unsuccessful.

But you can send emails via the submission page using the Send email action button to let users edit their submission and pay once more and submit the form. using this Send email button you can customize and set up a reminder email with an edit link for users to edit their submissions.

OR you can mark the payment field as required so that users do no bypass the payment field and complete it before submitting the form - thus not creating an incomplete submission.

    Would that work?

This is becoming a big problem for me. Several of my form fillers are elderly, and for some reason they sometimes find it harder to make a credit card payment correctly.

It would be very helpful to be able to send a link so they can have another attempt, but there's no access to their form (unlike "incompletes")

    Hello Roelien,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to send a payment link to a customer. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

As a workaround, you can add an edit submission link on the Autoresponder Email so they can go back to the filled-out form again and make the payment if needed. Or as advised by my colleague you can also make the payment field required so they won't be able to submit the form without filling out the credit card information.

Reach out to us if you need any more help.
