For some reason the notifications emails will not work with Comcast.net emails. When I signed up I did not even get the intro email. I saw it when I looked at the email log. It seems to be going out but is not being received, although I tried with several Comcast emails. It works with gmail. Is there an issue specifically with Comcast.net emails?

Hi Brenda,
I believe Comcast might be blocking our JotMail IP addresses, please try contacting them and ask to whitelist our IP addresses and domains? Here's a guide on what you might need to do or tell them.

I would recommend that you check both guide to troubleshoot your email notifications correctly.
