    Hi there!

I have created a 2-page form. The first page is to be filled out by the client and the second page is to be filled out by us internally. I can't get the second page to hide from the client completing the first page. Thanks for your help.

    Thanks!

    David

    Hello David,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and I'm sorry you're having difficulties with your form. I checked your form and I can see that you're already using the Get form page URL widget and using the "edit" value as a show/hide condition.

However, it looks like the existing conditions are already conflicting with one another. Please note that if a specific field(s) has been added to a Show condition, it will be automatically hidden from your form and will be visible only if the condition has been met; therefore, there's no need to add another condition to hide them as it will only cause a conflict condition.

To fix this, you can separate the Submit and the Next (Page break button) Then, delete or disable the #1 and #5 conditions where it hides the Page break button.

Lastly, on the condition where you're using the contains value "edit". Add the page break button and the page 2 header.

That's it! I've created this demo form to show you what it would look like with the applied conditions. If you'd like, you can clone this to your account for your testing.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
