I have a form that requires the person filling it out to perform the "draw line over object" feature of CAPTCHA. Yet I still get from time to time SPAM. See this:

Hi,
From what I can see, the captcha is working. I was unable to submit a cloned version of your form without completing it:
There are several other captcha widgets. The best of which is the one in the "Quick Tools" section of the form builder:
If they were able to defeat the first one, this one may help.

I was using that one but too much SPAM was getting through so I picked the one I am currently using, it is much less but still get some. Damn robots!

We just recently release a new Google reCaptcha widget. You may have more luck using this:
http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/google_recaptcha
Hopefully they won't be able to make it passed that one quite yet.

Why do I just have an awful feeling Google is sucking some "info" from the form when it is submitted?

There are unable to collect any of the actual form submission data since the widget is insulated from the rest of the form. It does not actually have access to anything other than sending a verification to the submit function. At most it may be able to collect where the widget was used, but I am fairly certain no form data is collected via the widget.

Hi,
Great. Do let us know how it goes, but I would like to point out that if a person comes to your jotform to fill it out, they could post a message by filling out the captcha, which might have been the cause why you had this issue yourself.
Best Regards,
Ben
