firstly seperating menu items within my online menu, for instance where "SOUPS" finish and where "STARTERS" start I would like an obvious space. here is my link........before I give you this I will tell you may second issue.
I am aware that you cannot add more than one payment wizard to one form, however my needs are simply a total so customer pays on collection. If I could have page breaks within a payment wizard field this would be a great help. OK now the link http://form.jotformeu.com/form/50014450063338

I think this can be a good solution if you want to separate your products into categories:

However, you can also use plain text fields, dropdown menus or checkboxes (and sort out the categories problem) then pass them onto a calculation field for the total, which at the same time can be passed passed onto the payment integration.
