How to receive an SMS upon form submissions?

Is there a way to receive a submission to a phone number? via text

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can receive submissions via WhatsApp by integrating the Zapier into your form. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of your screen.
2. In the menu on the left side of your screen, click on Integrations.
3. Click on Zapier.

4. Enter SMS Mas into the search box under Zapier Templates.
5. Click on Use This Zap on the right side of the SMS Masivos with the description of WhatsApp messages.

6. Configure the Zap.

I also want to inform you that you can Turn on Notification in Jotform Mobile App on your mobile device. Another way to receive notifications on your mobile device is by checking if your mobile service provider supports the email gateway. If so, you can just format the email as number@serviceprovider.com and Set up Email Notifications.

You can try using Webhook to receive an SMS upon submissions as well, but don't forget that Webhook requires API from your SMS Provider and a custom PHP Script that would send the message.
