Can we create custom field buttons like this site:
https://checkmaid.com/book?zip=90210
I am not a developer but looks like they care creating buttons using css. Can that be done in jotform? If yes do you have to use the jotform source code and build it into a custom site?
Thanks
Chad

Hi Chad,
While they may not be exactly like those on the web page to which you referred, we do have various checkbox and radio button widgets:
Here's how to add widgets to your jotform
If you need further assistance with this, we'd be happy to help.
Cheers

Hi Chad,
Yes, you can do that.
First you would need to grab a Full Source code of your jotform and then you can edit your jotform to the smallest of details.
Do let us know if you have any further questions.
Best Regards,
Ben
