Hello Dennis8101,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There's no option to notify the form owner if a form isn't filled on the given period. If the form will not be filled and isn't submitted, then there won't be any submission data to be collected. You also can't automate the submission, so the unfilled form will remain that way until the user completes it.

Follow up to this original question with a slight difference. We plan on enabling a form so that a user can come back and edit the form if they haven't finished submitting it. If we are capturing the email upfront. Is there a way to configure jotforms to notify the user when the close date of the form is near so that they can get it completed.. So for example the day before it closes we send them an email saying something like "you have an incomplete form submission that will close on date xyz".

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Send automated Jotform reminder emails to people who need to fill out your online forms. Add recipients, customize email content, set up a schedule, and more, and no coding is required. Let me show you how:
- On the Form Builder page, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
- In the Publish menu, click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
- Choose the Schedule A Reminder Email option.
- Here, you can edit the email content.
- Now, click on the Schedule tab and organize your email the way you want it. Select a repeat period, date, time, and start and finish date.

We have a form that will be going to 800 people.. the email reminder seems like there is a limit to the number of emails that can get the reminder of 10.. Is that truly a limitation or am I missing something

Hello dafreem,
Thank you for getting back to us. I understand how stressful this is. We recommend only 10 recipient emails only as some of them might not get the email if you'll add more. However, if you wish to send it to more than 10 emails, you need to create a new Share Email or Reminder Email.
