Hi Vandana_onboard,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Form Calculation Widget to perform calculations in Jotform.
Also, you need to assign calculation values on these fields. Adding a Form Calculation to your form is easy. Let me show you how:
- Click the Add Form Element button in the Form Builder.
- Go to the Widgets tab.
- Search for Form Calculation and add it to your form.
- Open the Form Calculation widget’s Settings panel by clicking its wand icon.
- In the widget wizard, click the Add Field button to add the fields that will be a part of your formula.
- Click the Save button to save the changes.
Assigning calculation values on these fields to your form is easy. Let me show you how:
- Select the field on your form to highlight it then click the gear icon.
- Go to the Options tab.
- Toggle the Use Calculation Values option to “On”.
- Below that option will be a 2-column table showing all the options on the left and a corresponding blank column on the right. This is where you will type in the respective calculation values for each option.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
