Hi,
If you have embedded the form using our default embed method (javascript), then there's no need to re-embed the whole thing. Your form will be automatically updated to the page right after you save it from the form builder.
You need to re-embed the form if you are using the source codes. Same as when using the iFrame method, BUT only if you have added a field to your form. Because the height in the iFrame codes is fixed. If you add a field, the form height changes.
