Hi there,
I want to send and email to customers who submitted the form but didn't pay or authorise the payment of the purchase. Something like "Dear customer, do you need help completing your order?"
I created an incomplete payment notification but couldn't figure out how to send only this notification without the notifier 1.
Because if tick "notifications only" in the PayPal payment settings it would also send the notifier 1.
Is there a way to use conditions to send only the "incomplete payment notification" in case the payment or authorisation is still pending after 1-2 hours?
Thanks for your help!
Cheers,
Chris

Hi Chris,
You can send conditional email similar to what was described on this user guide:
-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection
So, I think in your case, if you do NOT want the "Notifier 1" to be sent along with the other Notification emails, then you can make it a conditional email (add condition rules when it should be sent only)
Hope this help. Please tell us if this will not work for our requirement.
Thanks.

Dear Johanthan, I am aware of the conditional email feature. But where can I select the condition to send the email only to clients with "pending payment". I can't see this option.

That is not an option listed on the wizard and I don't think this is something that could be implemented, since condition work prior to submissions, and pending payment are triggered when a form is already submitted.
