How can I push data from one table to a brand new table?

Hi,

I would like to push selected data from one Table to a brand new Table. Not just a new tab.

Is it possible to do this?

How can I do this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to confirm do you mean you want to move submissions from one form to another table? Unfortunately, this is not possible you can, however, download a submission as Excel/CSV and then import it to another form but If you mean you want to transfer data from one form to another the Jotform Prefill feature allows you to prefill submission data from one form to another. Based on your description, you would like to grab some submission data from the 'Student Application Form' and prefill the 'Offer Letter' form. The Table Prefill or the Manual Prefill options will meet your requirements. Let me show you how to set that up:

• In Form Builder, click on Publish in the top navigation bar
• In the Publish section, select Prefill
• In the Prefill section, click on Table Prefill
• Select the Jotform Table and match the fields that you want to prefill the data from
