I am creating a form which requires many multiple answer questions. I have tried to use widgets but have found none that, when used with the populate a field rule, show up correctly. Additionally, it would be nice if the checkbox widget had the ability to have a columns option much like the button widget does as this allows unlimited choices. I switched all of my multiple answer questions back to the stock checkbox field which is small and not pretty.
It would be great if there was a widget that allowed fields to be inserted into the body of a text, similar to the passage test option. This way a document could be created in real time that could be shown to the patient at the end of the form.I have also tried to use the draw on image widget but found it difficult know what size image would work best for desktop and mobile users.
I started with jotform and after several years and trying other services have continued with you. The support is great as well as the constant improvements.
Thank youDr. David DeFries

Hi David,
Can you please tell us which Checkbox widget you were referring to here?
If the Fancy Checkbox widget, it do have the spread column option similar to the stock checkbox
Tell us which checkbox widget it is and we will see what we come up as a workaround.
Thanks.
