where are the form entries received?

    I created an artist entry form and put it (in the form of a button) on my website. You can see it here:

    After installing it on my website, I tested the form as a random art submitter. I received the "Thank you, your form has been submitted" message (as the random submitter.) But where should the information /notification be received as the organizer? I did not receive an email notifying me that an entry had been submitted.

    Please advise. Thanks.

    Hi Debby,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, you can easily set message for the organizer. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in In Form Builder and, in the orange navigation bar, click on Settings.
    2. On the page that comes up, click on Settings.
    3. Now, click on the Pen icon next to the Notification Email.
    4. In the menu that appears, click on the Recipients tab.
    5. Next, you can add your staff’s email address to the Recipient Email area, and click on Save.
