I'm having issues mapping fields in Jotform to Airtable. The appropriate fields are greyed out, how do I fix this issue?

Hello Dee,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble with Airtable integrations. I’ll do my best to help you out.
I cloned your form and integrate it with Airtable but I was able to map the fields and they are available to map. Check out the screencast below:
You can also visit this guide about Airtable Integration. I cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for additional precautions and this fixed glitches as well. You can also perform a clear cache to your forms on your end by following the guide from this link.
Give it a try and let us know if you have other questions.

You can map a some fields, but never every field. There are fields that are greyed out that cannot be mapped. Please help me address this issue.

Hi Dee,
Thanks for getting back to us. We're sorry that this is happening to your form. It could be a problem with your browser. Kindly clear your browser cache and cookies to eliminate minor bugs. Also, have you tried using a different browser or device? It would be better if you can send us a screenshot of the fields that are grayed out so we can look into it.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I am using two different browsers and I'm still getting this issue. This is not a browser issue. As you can see with the screenshot below there are fields that show up and others that are greyed out. Please resolve this issue, thank you.

Hello RedEx_NYC,
The reason why these fields are disabled is that the field you're mapping them width has a different type. What I mean by that is if the field (Jotform widget) is a Number widget, you have to map it with a Number column in Airtable.
In the screencast below, you can see that I am able to map the Bags / Cuantas Bolsas {bags} with my Airtable column which has a type of Number.
The screencast below will walk you through on how to change a column's type in Airtable.
Reach out again if you need any other help.
