Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about what specific issue you having trouble with your form? If possible, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.
If you accidentally delete a form, you can restore it, check this guide.

i have checked the trash and nothing is in there.
i logged on today to make a few revisions for this year, somehow all the pictures of my products and the descriptions including the ordering info is gone. can you recover the version from before today?
