Format the data

Hello there

I have 2 queries, please

1. I had a storage limit and downloaded the attachments' data of my forms.

I deleted the upload but it also deleted my tables and all the data.

2. Secondly, If I have nothing on my forms and they are empty, why it's showing You're out of upload space limit.

1. Can I upload the data from the excel file to Jot forms?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you delete a form, it’s moving to the Trash folder. So, you should delete forever to release upload space. Check out the steps and screencast below to see how it's done:

1. Go to the dashboard and scroll to the bottom of the page.
2. Click on the Trash button on the left menu.
3. After then select the trashed forms in the list and click on the Purge button.

About your second question, you can use Spreadsheet to Form Widget in your form. Check out this guide: How to Use the Spreadsheet to Form Widget
