Hi,
There are actually several ways to achieve this, each setting its own set of functionality to the jotform.
What I would suggest is to use this widget: Mobile Responsive
You can see here How to Add a Widget to your Form
If it does not work just as you would like you can remove it from your jotform and then use the options for this.
To enable them you should go to Preferences -> General Settings -> Responsive Form and set it to Yes
If you have used Form Designer to change your jotform design it is recommended to click on its option to "Make this form responsive" as well when setting up the one above.
Now if preferred, there is a 3rd way as well and that is by setting a theme of your jotform.
You can do that by clicking on Preferences and then on Form Styles and then selecting mobile theme from Themes dropdown.
As mentioned I would suggest using widget as it seems to me that it is giving the best results, but the other options or a combination of them might give you the results you are looking for.
Do let us know if you have any further questions and we would be happy to help.
Best Regards,
Ben
