As far as i can tell, I am not seeing the "thank you" designation after hitting submit to our form.
Do you have to be a paying customer to have access to this feature. I am pretty certain I have followed the step by step instructions required. I am wondering what I might be doing wrong? Thanks for the help.

I see that there are several conditions are left with deleted fields on the JotForm which is causing the issue.
Please remove these conditions from the JotForm and it should work fine. You can access these conditions by clicking on Conditions
and then click on Saved Conditions on Conditions Wizard window.
