Hi
I have noticed on my jotform that their are some input fields that are indented by a few pixels compared to other input fields above and below a given field.
Please see the screenshot below to see what i mean.
In this particular case the 'Contact Number' field is indented a few pixels when compared to the Full Name and Email fields above and below it.http://gyazo.com/6f6aec61ab1cf255e60bef0c0658d868

Hi Amreet,
Looking at your jotform I found the issue happening under 2 different tabs: Man & a Van Service as shown on screenshot and under Storage Services.
Injecting this CSS code will fix it for both fields (Contact number and Storage Duration respectively).
