Jotform App: Option to set multiple access types

Will you make an app that allows multiple access types? I would like to have one app for my company: a login for customers who will only see forms pertaining to them, and a staff login where staff can find internal company info.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there's no option yet to have multiple access types on the Jotform app. Once you publish the app, all the users who access it will be able to see all the forms or elements inside it. One option you could do is to password protect the forms that are meant for your staff so even if customers can see them, they won't be able to access them. Or, another option would be to create two separate Jotform apps: one for the customers and one for the staff.

But I've also forwarded this as a feature request to our developers. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
