PayPal Business: Debit or Credit Card Payment Denied

    Hi,

    I have a payment method included in my form. When I select the 'Debit or Credit Card' option, it tells me that the payment is denied. However, payment does work on Paypal. Is there a way to get the Debit or Credit Card option to work (or remove the option all together?)

    Hi Serene,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I've checked your form and I can see that the PayPal Business integration was set up correctly. Please know that the Payment Denied error is caused by your bank declining the transaction. Your form seems to be working because I can see one submission already. I would suggest contacting your bank to request them to approve the transaction or try to use another card.

    Hello Serene,

    Thanks for getting back to us. The processor decline error usually means that the bank of your customer declined the credit card payment. You may suggest your customers try using another credit card or contact their respective banks to check why payments have been declined.
