When people register for our conferences they enter an email and a cc email. Once they have registered and paid they receive an automatic confirmation email. This confirmation email is being sent to the principal email, but not to the cc email. How can I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues with your Autoresponder. The Autoresponder is set up to be sent to an email entered in an Email field if you add one to the form. This means it will only be able to send to one email as you can only select one Email field, even when you have several. I have reached out to the developers to see if this can be changed. I can't make any guarantees for if or when such a feature will be implemented, you'll be notified here if there are any updates.
