I've just sent a test submission to your JotForm and I was able to submit it normally. Is this JotForm embedded on your website and are you receiving the error message while submitting the form?
Please provide us with more information along with the webpage URL where your JotForm is embedded and a screenshot if possible that helps us in investigating the issue and guide you in the right direction.
Thank you.
