Hello,
Thank you for the refund. I went back through the records and found another double-billing: two payments were processed in August, one from a mastercard and one from a visa card. Please issue a refund.

We have processed two double charges so far, August(reference number: 81272558) and September(reference number:81736120).
Your current subscription was cancelled (reference id:INT140801-3948-45955S), I did un-cancel it, please confirm that you want to keep this subscription active. Otherwise, we should cancel it again.
