The scroll bar is showing even though there is nothing else to display. Please help me remove it.

Hi,
Please try re-embedding the jotform in your website using this iframe set
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.us/form/42689231036152" frameborder="0" style="width: 100%; height: 390px; border: none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
the key here is the height.
User guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Inform us if this did not work.
Thanks.

emlogodesignReplied on October 23, 2014 at 9:21 PMOkay. I love jotform and the service, but I'm quickly beginning to get
frustrated. I've had nothing but trouble with this form. One thing gets
fixed and another problem happens. I've already spoke to 2-3 people at
jotform none of whom have really helped completely fix my form.
The scroll bar/spacing issue is fixed.....however now every time I submit
the form and go back to the page where the form is, it disappears. BOTH on
mac and pc (as the first guy told me it was a mac issue) well that is not
true.
I really cannot have this problem on my website as my clients will not put
up with that. So if someone does not fix it completely I'm going to
completely remove my jotform.

Hi,
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Since the issue is not about a different topic, I have created a separated thread for it here
http://www.jotform.com/answers/448424
We will attend to it as soon as we can.
Thanks.
