I used one of your form templates and change it to fit my need . now when any one submit a form I get 2 email . one from Jotform with there submit form . and one from the person email who submit the form but with templates question that I change

Hello george82eg,
Upon checking your form, I found that you have added two notification email alert in your form. That is the reason why you are receiving two submission emails for every submission you receive. Please check the screenshot below:
To solve your problem, please go ahead and delete one email alert from your form. The following guide should help you on how to delete email alert: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder
