Hi Steve.
I am sorry to hear that.
Can you please let me know about next details:
Do you see the captcha when you go to the jotform directly: http://form.myjotform.com/form/42823241643551
or if you go to the page where you embedded it: http://www.quovadistv.com/steve/Get_Steve_V2//Contact_us_files/widget1_markup.html
I see the captcha on all pages (the 2 above and on the contacts page on getsteve.co.za), but I think that it might be an issue with the way you load the form on your page.
Another thing that I would like you to try is to try changing the captcha into re-captcha to see if that is working for you.
You can do that by clicking on the captcha widget and then on reCaptcha option in the toolbar.
Do let us know how it goes for you.
Best Regards,
Ben -

Hi Ben
Thanks for the help.
I didn't see it on either of the two links you posted...neither on Chrome (my default browser) nor Internet Explorer.
I have changed it to re-captcha as shown and it now displays. Thanks for the help!
When you say it might be the way I load the form on page, can you explain that a little more for me, please?
Thanks,
Steve

Great to hear this.

I saw that the URL was always shown as http://www.getsteve.co.za/ no matter what the page was (because of the iFrames) so I wanted to check if there were any possible reasons why it would not allow it to load.
Best Regards,

Hi Ben
Ah... the iFrames, yes, I forgot about those. My website hosting is currently in the process of being moved and this is the way we have chosen to ensure stability during that move. I will ask my IT guy when he returns from his travels in a week or so. We got caught by a last minute client request on the other side of the world!
Thanks,
Steve
